Tues: 266 (Weight day) all done with reps of 10, 8, 6 and another 5 if i can:
squat and press with 25lb
leg lifts (front then back) 50 lb
bench press 30 lb (chicken arms sigh*)
Threw in some more pelvic lifts as I hate my stomach x 10 between each set
Managed to throw in 10 mins. on the elliptical before my son started to get fussy.

i'm going to give this a try. i haven't been very good with signing in on these challenges. hopefully i can stick to this & figure out how to get back to this message board! i've known since spring that i will be doing a mud run 5k late this summer. well....now it's less than 2 weeks away and i haven't done anything. i know it might be a little late to start now but at least i will try to get something done before it kicks my butt!!

tues : brazil butt lift - bum bum (borrowed from a friend to see if i like - 35 minutes. i'm guessing 150 calories?? how do you tell? every exercise search i did didn't come up with anything)
