    Keep up your hard work and determination, it's definitely paying positive results. Please keep us informed as far as internally as well. That is the sobering part. We tend to be visual and base our decisions on that, but more importantly is the unseen. High Blood Pressure is often referred to as the silent killer (i do believe). Certainly you have many stressors contributing to your health issues, but our weight wreaks havoc. I really hope to continue strong, reminding myself of that, when long held bad habits knock. Your pictures are great. Keep smiling! So many of us can identify and know how challenging this all can be , but like yourself we all want to succeed. With a supportive network like this, hopefully we will!

    Thanks everyone! I am blown away with all the support. For some reason though I am not seeing my pictures today. Can anyone else see them?? I didn't delete them. Not sure what is happening.
