My Sept squat challenge is to add 60lbs to my work sets of barbell squats. Wish me luck!

I started today because I just finished getting better from a dizzy head cold. I've also added doing pushups to it. Though I am only adding 1 a day and am going from the girly pushups to regular ones! Go me!
