Only problem is not sure I can do a lot of the exercises for I have had a liver transplant 7 years ago (jumping not so easy) any suggestions on what to do during these times? I need to do something diabetic as well.0

Do each stage for 10 days straight each. I did Level 1 Day 3 this morning. My whole body is SORE and I really didn't want to do it at all. But, got through it and feel good!0 -
finished day 7 of level 1 this morning0

Looking to start as soon as my weights get here, I can't wait! :bigsmile:0

I lost inches and weight last time I did it in June, Most ppl do each level for 10 days each =30, but if u feel that level 1 is too easy you go to level 2.. LIke Jillian says in the introduction move forward when you are ready!!!! Good Luck:)0 -

Great job:) Keep up the good work:)0 -
I'm in!! Did day one yesterday after about a month of not excercising due to lack of motivation. Every muscle in my body is sore. I am suprised I could get such a complete workout in 30 minutes!!! I'm going to have my Hubby watch my form tonight so I can make sure I won't stop because of injuries. Add me as a friend if you want to. Most of my friends have stopped logging in, so I could use some more friends!!0

I did 28 days of 30DS in July/August and got great results. This time I am doing ripped in 30. I started on the third. hope it's okay if I join you guys0

I did day 2 yesterday. I had to use lighter weights on the second rounds. My arms were burning! I kind of just wanted to take a rest day today, but reading the posts here is good motivation. Although, I'm supposed to go to a strength training class with a friend tonight and I don't know how I'm going manage to get through that AND day 3 Should have gotten it over with in the morning haha! Hope everyone is still going strong0

I'm in! Started L1D1 today. Oh boy!
What weights do you use? I only have 3lbs so have started with them and they are challenging enough for most of the exercises but wondered when you felt you could progress to heavier ones and how heavy you went.0 -
Day 3 of 30DS. I was having some motivation issues, but finally buckled down and did the work out. I feel much better and glad that I did it
I use 3lb weights and it's pretty challenging at times (especially during the front raises).0 -
Great JOB LADIES!!!! Everyone is welcome to join, I am not going to close the group, if u want to do ripped in 30 I am sure everyone is just as supportive;) I use 4 pound weights, I want to get heavier for the butterflies, but other than that 4 pounds is good for me right now, it just depends on that you like and what you can handle!!! Great job everyone keep up the good work:) D2L10

I just finished D2L1. I am sooooooo sore. I just about cried when I realized I forgot something downstairs and had to go back down to get it. I have way too many stairs in this house.0
-
I'll start tomorrow and add 3 days at the end.0

I did my day 5 last night, I really really didn't want to as I was so tired, but forced myself too and it was worth it, finally managed to keep up with all the push ups (far back on my knees, no proper ones for me yet!) and all the anterior raises which have been difficult for me from lifelong shoulder problems.
I'm starting to wonder if I should move on to level 2 early as the cardio is a bit easy for me, then I can use the extra 5 days for that as after day 8 last time I still found it hard.
I did start to wonder though, has anyone ever been brave/crazy enough to do two levels in one workout, or even all three?0 -
Thank you ..you are all so very encouraging. Second day down..ouch, thighs hurt the most.0
-
I will start a little late (9/10) and need all the support I can get.:bigsmile:0

So far have done 7 days at level 1 - got bored with that so which to level 2 today. It was a nice change. Burned 220 cals. will go back at some time to do the rest of level 10

You dont have to go back, like Jillian says at the beginning of the video progress when you are ready:) great job!!0 -
Hi, I'd like to jump in, but I'm on day 21....my 2nd day of level 3. I'm going to continue 30 day shred for longer than 30 days though, so I will stay with all of you. I'm finding level 3 is KILLER. The plio moves are devastating for my legs. I've only lost 3 lbs so far, but I see a change. I'm starting to struggle with diet, having a hard time with logging everything and I'm hungry..but I'm solid on this workout.0

I'm in!!! Just started today on level one! Everyones results from the 30DS posted on this website really motivated me to buy the DVD and give it a try! Now I just have to stick with it! lol0
-
Add me! I started on the 3rd and completed day 4 today!0
-
completed D2L1 yesterday. forgot to post. sorry. My shoulders are still killing me!!0
-
Only just seen this, i started a few days ago and on day 4 today! Feel free to add me0

Ok. Did L1 D5 this morning. Getting sick of the same routine (that is why I always switched out early before), but will stick to it!! I am fearing this weekend and staying on track. That is usually my downfall. I feel guilty with working out b/c I want to spend time with my boys and it is time for grocery shopping, prepping meals, mowing lawn, and cleaning But, I think I will set the alarm and get up before them. I have been doing my workouts every morning at 4:45, so if I get up at 5:30 during the weekend, I will still get some extra rest!!
Keep it up folks! We can do this!!0 -
L1D6 in the books! I tell ya, I was so sore by Day 3 I didn't think I would be able to do it, but really it helps to do it. I am much less sore and feeling really good. I have upped my push ups to 15 and then 10 the second time. I can do the jumping rope now which I couldn't when I started. The only thing I can't do is the last abs circuit. I can do 12 before I just about die, then I go to regular crunches. So i am hoping to push that up by two each day. I don't think I will move onto to Level 2 by Day 10. Not so much that it isn't getting easier, because it is, but I could definitely go lower on the lunges, and do more of the last ab circuit. Guess we will see, who knows what 4 days will bring!!
I did watch Level 2 on youtube and I'm pretty scared to move on!!! LOL!!!0
