Ooh, I like the idea of this challenge! I need to do something like this as need to get my butt into action. Just come back from a weekend in London and seem to have lost the focus. I like challenges like this so will sign up and see if I can keep myself motivated. Not a huge amount of spare time due to being busy with work and a new house to renovate but where I can't get any exercise classes/DVD's in, I will put extra effort into everyday activities and walking our dog.
So for my week one, I'm going to set myself a hopefully achievable goal of 3500. I've logged Mon and Tues poor efforts on the app so will try and make up for the lack of anything much from today onwards.

Day Three: I only counted housecleaning toward exercise b/c of the type it is. Not everyday stuff, but floors (kitchen and bathroom), laundry and changing linens. Daily cleaning is never recorded.

Tues: 266 (Weight day) all done with reps of 10, 8, 6 and another 5 if i can:
squat and press with 25lb
leg lifts (front then back) 50 lb
bench press 30 lb (chicken arms sigh*)
Threw in some more pelvic lifts as I hate my stomach x 10 between each set
Managed to throw in 10 mins. on the elliptical before my son started to get fussy.
Ten minute stretch.
