I take a pouch of tuna mix it with a teaspoon of mayo and a teaspoon of relish. I then spoon it onto either crackers or veggie chips.

I also sometimes cook up a big pot of minestrone soup on like a sunday and eat at it the entire week for dinner.

Well... I don't consider boiling water and using a toaster oven "cooking" so when I'm lazy (which is often) I eat: boiled eggs, frozen broccoli in big bags that I steam, canned tuna, whole grain sandwich thins thrown into the toaster, greek yogurt & salsa. Also, cans of black beans or kidney beans go great with that... with a spoonful of the salsa mixed in. This is something I will often even have for breakfast.

ETA: How could I forget... spoonfuls of peanut butter on the toast!

I try and bake chicken breasts once a week - and keep them in the fridge or freezer for easy dinners. My favorite - baby spinach with chopped up chicken breast, some carrots (baby, raw) a hand full of peas and a bit of light ranch dressing. I put it all in a bowl and stir it up together (needs lots less ranch dressing that way). Fast, healthy and delish!

    Costco rotisserie chicken

I am also a fan of pb&j, sometimes with banana.

I've also done greek yogurt, fruit & Kashi Go Lean cereal with almonds on the side.

Protein shakes also come in handy. Overnight oatmeals too!

    Whole wheat pancakes

I guess it's technically cooking but it's fast and delish!

I'm fond of the chicken and the burger patties. I pop them in a small conventional oven, while they're baking, I stir fry a couple cups of baby spinach and veggies. Super quick and delicious.

I have a pampered chef microwave egg cooker that i have been using a lot! I like to scramble the eggs, add some kind of spice. Once it's done, I'll put the egg in a tortilla with some salsa. Quick and easy!

Steam some green beans, add protein (leftover chicken or steak, half a can of tuna, deli meat torn to bits, whatever), toss with 1-2Tbsp pesto. I do this at least three times a week because I am so damn lazy.

A can of salmon, 5 grams ground flax seed, 2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt, 5 grams ground up almonds, a heaping amount of cilantro (a cup or so), and 1/2 tablespoon mustard if I want. Make it into a salad and put it on a Joseph's pita. I put other things in it sometimes depending on mood.

Serve with a side of sliced cucumbers and some cantaloupe. Usually 150+ grams each.

That fills me up and makes me feel bulletproof.
