    The heels!! I can't work out my legs because of knee issues, so I wear heels all the time. Doesn't help the knees, but they're going to hurt either way. At least this way I get great looking calves !!

    What an awesome inspiration, especially to me -- I'm 47, 5'3", size 20-22 and would like to get down about 80-100 pounds (only 7 so far, though MFP only shows a few because I started then gained then lost -- just like the MFP FAQs said).

    The difference in your face is amazing!

    I am so jealous! You are a size 8 from a 24 with only 70 lbs? I've lost 50 lbs but am only down to a 22/20 from a 24!
