I'm super fussy and only eat poultry products - chicken, turkey, and eggs. Even my bacon is turkey.
  • Definitely chicken. Some sort of olive oil + any of garlic/cumin/basil/oregano/parsley + lemon or lime juice = awesome.

    Steak
    Chicken
    Ground beef

In that order. (Bacon doesn't count for me because I regularly add it to all of the above:happy: )

Mine is definitely chicken/poultry. Baked chicken breast + spices + Olive oil = heaven! Tuna and Albacore come in a close second.

Grass Fed Ribeye or T-bone Steak.

None. Zero. Read "The China Study" and "Becoming Vegan". If you want to avoid disease in your life and live a long time, don't eat meat and don't eat dairy!

    This is so hilarious.

Steve Jobs and Michael Clarke Duncan, both vegetarians / vegans and both are dead from diseases.

The China Study has been long debunked and I know nothing of the other book.

And don't forget Linda McCartney, famous long-time vegetarian with her own line of vegetarian foods, dead at 56 from cancer.

My favorite meat sources are birds (chicken, turkey) and then seafood (fish, shrimp, lobster, etc). I do not like cows, pigs, sheep, stuff like that :noway:

although I do like a little bacon now and then

The Noble Pig. What a magical mystical creature to give us so many wonderful things: sausage, bacon, ribs, ham, pork butt, pork loin, pork chops.

I also like cow (and baby cow), lamb (and grown sheep), goat, deer (white tail, axis and mule are the ones I've had - axis is absolutely wonderful), elk, chicken, turkey, dove, duck, goose, quail, fish, shell fish, octopus, squid, snails, shrimp, lobster, bison, and probably a bunch more.

    "Meat Source"?
I don't know, I just know that produce magically appears in my house.

"Protein Source", I would say fish, but beef burgers are great too.
Smoked turkey is great, but too salty.

Any kind of meat or offal so long as it's just dead. Not cat though I've just adopted a kitten, and she's too small for a sandwich
