 panini with spicy tomato seitan, spinach, and chili marinated mozzarella cheese 
 broccoli and potato soup with fresh thyme 
 whole wheat pasta with broccolini, toasted walnuts, and smoked gouda 
 tamale pie with a habanero cheddar cornbread crust 
 black bean and fire roasted tomato soup with homemade baked chili lime tortilla chips 
 leftover chickpeas sauteed with veggie sausage and broccoli 
 roasted and stuffed spaghetti squash with pesto and a side of asparagus 
 scrambled tofu, toast, heirloom beans, and tomato salad 
 mixed green salad with mock chicken salad, walnuts, and marinated mozzarella 0 0

 On MFP anyway - on other forums I use people type "Bump" to bring a post back the top of a message board, because they think it's important for people to see it. They use "Bookmarking" when they're saving something for their own use. 0 0

 I subbed whole wheat flour for the white and also subbed applesauce in for the oil. I believe I added a quarter teaspoon of salt to the recipe as well.0
