    She's talking about white bread, rice, etc. I.E. whole wheat/grain is the way to go.

    My favorite quote is "Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym."

    It doesn't mean don't work out...but it's an effort from both diet and exerciseing.

    Effort I make today, will be on my body in 4 weeks.

    it keeps me honest, and keeps me from despairing when I'm heavier by 1 lb but I've been working really hard to get better. 4 weeks from now, I'll be happier that I chose to walk at lunch today, even if today i don't really feel like it. :-)

    I know its kinda of cliche, but I say that to myself whenever I start getting tired while working out and want to take a break, it forces me to keep going.
