wow lol thnx im only 2.5 months postpartum.....i drink A LOT of water and do pilates...i dont go to a class either. i do the dvds right at home. i do the winsor pilates by mari winsor....here's the beginners one that i started with.@Jessika - how did you get your stomach so flat???

before at 182lbs...I had a set of twins three months prior.
during 142lbs....
Still want to drop another 5-10lbs but have seriously been struggling for the last 19 months
. I think my body is done but I know that I'm not its just mind over body and right now body is winning out 
( lol.
