*whistling* everyone here has a fantastic story to share, and the photos of the transformations are amazing... well done ladies! As for myself, I think I joined MFP a few years ago, and bounced around with the same 10 pounds, and was equally non-committal with my logging. However, since June 2011, when I was at my highest (234), I have lost about 30 pounds. My latest profile picture was taken in May, celebrating the first open water swim of the season. I think I was around 212ish or something like that. Currently tipping the scale at 203, with 'onederland' so close I can almost grab it with both hands. I'm also 5'4".
For me the biggest change was my attitude. I now 'fuel' my body with healthier, whole foods, and try to eat as 'clean' as I can. I just signed up for a 'physique challenge' at my local health club and quite honestly think I've lost my marbles... I just might be parading my progress on a stage in November... in a two piece. *choke*gasp*cough* Um, there are parts of this body that haven't seen the light of day in over 10 years!
Raise your glasses, ladies... we're all awesome and powerful! I look forward to seeing more accomplishments from our 5'4" and under friends. Feel free to add me, I love being supportive!0 -
Double post sorry!0

I am 5'4" exactly. I've lost 60 lbs. I have another 37 to go.
My all time high, at the start of this process (which is probably 15 to 20 lbs. less than the first pic) and yesterday!
omg!!! amazing.. brought tears to my eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you look so so so good and more like you lost 100 not 60!:drinker:
Thanks! I'm still amazed at how well I've done. My mind hasn't really caught up to my body yet. I've still got another 36 lbs. or so to go.0 -

And everyone is looking great! Excellent work and inspirational !!0 -
I don't know how to post pics here, but I'm 5'4. I have one "before" pic and the rest are after on my profile if you want to take a look. I'm about to put one I took yesterday up in a few minutes. I started at 259 and as of today, weigh 161. I started in November of 2011 so it's taken me about 10 months to lose 98 pounds.0

I'm really going to have to go digging for a before pic. I'm always the one behind the camera so there are very rarely any pics of me unless I plan to take them. My son accidentally deleted a bunch of my pics not long ago so now I have to go looking to see what I have left.
I've lost 65lbs so far. Started about 215lbs and weighed in yesterday at 150.0 -
bump - inspirational ladies. Been on here on and off and now going up to 171 lbs I seriously am finding it hard to eat junk food without counting calories so I am back on the wagon! :bigsmile:0

I started my weight loss journey towards the end of August 2011. I'm 5'4" and 26 years old. I still have a long ways to go to get to my goal weight, plus a long ways to go with maintenance, but I'm happy with where I'm at so far!
July 2011 189+ pounds
July 2012 159 pounds
Oh also, I have 145.7 as my current goal weight because that is when, according to the MFP BMI, I will finally be a "HEALTHY WEIGHT". I'm planning on losing more after that too.
I can't see the second one. My work has that site blocked!

Here is my progress so far. I am 5'4 and the first one is at my biggest 315 pounds. The last one was when I hit my 50 mark. Still have a ways to go. Seeing all the progresses so all of you ladies have made is very motivational.0 -

I don't have many pictures of me full body from before for a good comparison, but I have a little one in my photos. It doesn't look as drastic because I wasn't obese to begin with, but I still lost 30 pounds!0

Still have 10 pounds to go!0 -
I started July 1st and have lost 21lbs. Amazing what changing my diet did. Switched Coke for flavored seltzer, very little pasta and no baked chips instead of regular. Added lots of fresh fruits and vegtables. Started walking a couple times a week. I have about 100lbs more to go but really encouraged so far! Good luck!!!!0

amazing photos!0
