Jillian Michaels- BFBM

Hey I have heard great reviews about Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and I was wondering if anyone on here has seen results with this dvd?

    I'm too in love with the Shred to do BFBM consistently, but it is an AMAZING cardio workout! I like it because there are no weights to lift, and it's all move, move, move!! It's a great 50 or 55 minute workout that will make you sweat! 100% recommended. In fact, maybe I'll workout to it tomorrow...

    I agree that it's a great cardio workout, and it has a little bit of strength too - some body weight training. I recommend it if you want to sweat a lot and feel really accomplished after finishing something. Enjoy!

    I like it! i also like No More Trouble Zones. Or I will do 2 levels of 30DS back to back.

    I just started BFBM and no more trouble zones last week.....they are both GREAT! i think these are the only dvds of JM that I actually LIKE
