Need calorie burn info for P90X day 1 please.

I know MFP is talking about adding it into the database, cant imagine why its not already there, but can anyone supply some info if they know it? It's chest and Back, NO ab ripper YET...

It's hard to put an estimate on it b/c of fitness levels & how hard you push it as opposed to others...
I'd recommend a HRM, but i've heard those aren't 100% accurate either - i only do some of the p90x videos and i guestimate how much I burned (guessing low) if you do a HRM, i've heart that some ppl take a % off - say 20% and log that...0 -

I found the P90Xerecise calculation site to be very generous. I was using that in the beginning and then got an HRM. I was overestimating cal burn by about 200 or so. My husbands HRM put him at about 650 cals burned for the Chest and Back workout only. His Abs burn was around 150-170.0

not sure 100 % but maybe you could log it as circuit training. That is how I log Jillian Michael's videos..0
