    I'm 5'5" , 47 years old and my goal weight is 135-140... I think it's realistic as long as you do it slowly and evenly. make sure you're building muscle at the same time! Muscle burns calories even when you're not moving!

    I'm 5'1 age 31 and my ideal weight is 130ish.. for my height the standard says i should be 116.. yeah right

    I'm 5'1 and 26 yrs & a mom. I started at 175 earlier this year and have gone down to 130. My original goal weight was 125. But since I am so close I decided to changed it to 112. Only 18 pounds for me to go, and I'll be there! =)

    100-105 lbs. Im not too dead set on that though because Im working on toning/strength training.

    i'm going to be 36 on the 24th and i am 5.2ft inches/ I am currently down to 122, goal of 120. my goal at 1st was 130, then 125.. I doubt i will go under 120, my dr also said not to go under 120 b/c of my age and i am a med build.,

    I'm 5'2" 30 yrs old. My ultimate goal weight is 130lbs. I'd say get your body fat tested to see how much of your weight is lean body mass and how much is fat to determine what should be right for you!

    The healthy weight range for 5'1" is generally 98 - 132lbs. Although that's of course not applicable to anybody carrying a lot of muscle.

    Everyone's a different build; I would focus less on weight and more on body fat %.

    Optimal body fat for a 45 year old woman is generally somewhere between 22 - 30 %.

    I'm just under 5'0. goal is 120, but that may change when i'm there. i may decide to go lower (or higher, since i looked amazing at 135) i'm 18 and have alway been very curvy (though i haven't seen my 20 inch waist in so long...) My doctor is still pretty adamant that i get down to 100, but i actually like having a figure so that will NEVER happen.

    my heaviest weight of 170 didn't look that bad on me, i still had a very defined waist (to the joy of my boyfriend). Now around 160 i can see (and feel) a huge difference. I think 135 for your goal weight sound fine.

    29 years old, working on toning mostly, 105 currently but don't plan on going lower than 98. 122 at my heaviest.

    i am 58 and trying to get back to 145 once i get there I will be happy and will still try to loose more, it is hard one day at a time

    I am 5'2 and 126 pounds, my goal was 110, but now, I am thinking to change it to 115-110 depending how I feel.

    I'm 5'0" (51 years old) and I've been told by doctors everything from 149 to 129. Don't think I'll ever see 110 again, but I'd really like to get to 120.
