Some smart bugger once said: When you go to the grocery store just shop the periphery not the interior. In other words all the fresh stuff is on the outside walls and all the processed crap is on the shelves in the interior. In general.

I step in to the aisles for canned tuna and salmon and canned veggies for quick meals. LOTS of fresh fruit and Dannon nonfat plain yogurt. (Still frozen berries in yogurt makes an ice creamy like meal!) I eat lots of fruit. Not so good on the veggies some of the time just because I don't cook much living alone.0 -
