Six days a week. 3 days strength training and maybe a bit of cardio after and the rest are my cardio days.0

i work out 5 or 6 days a week. i spend at least an hour at the gym on the elliptical, stairclimber, or doing HIIT running on the treadmill. i want to get into strength training and my plan is to start on monday :}
on days i don't "work out", i try to get some form of exercise by walking as much as possible.

I'm going 6 or 7 (I've only been doing it 9 days now, but everyday so far so I don't quit). My plan going forward is cardio 6 days per week with 3 or 4 days of weights (every other day is an off day for strength training). So some weeks will be 6 and some 7 :-) I'd LOVE to have a workout "partner" to encourage and keep me accountable!0

any combination of dance, spin, paddleboarding, road cycling. Currently not lifting until after a big ride on 9/29, but then will incorporate that back in.0 -

I actually work out 5-7 times a week depending on family/work commitments. I do a combo of Zumba, Yoga, Strength training and just started my 2nd week of Couch to 5K. So add me if you like.0

I workout everyday. I don't have a routine really, I just do what I feel like. I haven't really logged most of my meals and exercise because I can't always be there to do it, and some of my exercises I can't find. But I plan on working out 7 days a week and so far in 5 days I've lost 7 pounds.0

7 days a week--my goal is 3 times a day at the gym (cardio, elliptical, tread, bike, ) plus a dance class 5 times weekly. plus weight training 3 times weekly. Need all the support I can get! So--If your dance card is not entirely full......add me,too0
