    Count me in too. This is my fourth day on MFP and I have found it to be a very approachable way of losing weight in a healthy way.
    I am 29 years old 5'7 and currently at 159lbs
    My Goal Weight for December 15 is 145lbs
    My ultimate weith goal is 138lbs

    Good luck everyone we can find motivation and support from each other

    Goals: Eat a lot more fruit, stopping late night snacks, get to at least 4 classes a week at the gym, when swimming do at least 70 lengths per session.
  • I'm in!!!!! I so need this challenge... but the next few weeks will be kind of easy because I'm starting a very physical job this Sunday. But my goal is to work out before and after work. I want to have endless energy!

    Count me in as I need to kick start my healthy eating and exercise so this will give me lots of motivation.

    SW: 300.5lbs

    Aims:-
    1. to start Zumba beginning of Oct and go to one class a week and increase to 2 classes a week by December.
    2. to start swimming beginning of Oct and go at least 2 times a week.
    3. Increase my walking to work from driving half way and walking rest to walking from my own front door to work at least twice a week starting in Oct.
    4. To go from a size 24/26 to a size 22 by Dec 15th
    5. To walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath!

    Current Weight: 150
    Goal weight by 12/15/12: 140

    Goals are: 1. Decrease diet cokes by one a day 2. Drink more water daily 3. Exercise 5-6 times a week in the morning 4. To exercise consistently (I have a habit of taking a week off a month) 5. Stay within calorie limit and log food every day.

    I am short, not even 5 feet.

    Goals: I have a marathon in October but i tend to slack off running. My goal is to keep up my mileage after i run it. I also need to drink more water, log my food diary, and start being more social. I tend to hang with the dog too much;

    Weighed in, took measurements. Logged everything I ate or drank. Stayed within my WW points+, drank all my water, did L2D2 of 30 day shred. Good 1st day. Now for the other 89 :)
  • I'm just in time to kick off with everybody else. :)

    Name of my personal challenge: Baby Weight Be Gone
    Goal: Lose 15 of the remaining 25 lbs of my baby weight
    How: Healthy and conscientious eating, daily exercise, diligent MFP tracking

    Today - 14 calories over (whoops), did walk outside for 20 mins, did have a good diet day. I even stopped at one single Oreo, my only "sweet" today.

    I'm in. I always want to do these challenges but end up falling short... Not this time =]

    My goals: 1) Get my 5k time to below 30 minutes.
    2) Build enough lean muscle to lower my body fat percentage by at least 2%.
    3) Eliminate one of my usual, unhealthy food choices each day, and replace it with a healthier option.
