What is yours? I don't know much about what it should be...mine is 60ish and I'm a 25 y.o. female. Just curious to know what others' are.

Well just took mine and it was 49. I do have a low resting heartbeat. I am 61 years old so would be interested to see what others were.
  • Anything around/below 60 is brilliant. The lower, the better unless you have some kind of condition.

I'm 17yo and my one is 49bpm, though it might be a little lower now.

    High 50's to low 60's

    I'm 39 yo and my HR = 42.
As an FYI, the normal adult range is 60-90. "Highly trained atheletes" have a HR <60. I am NOT a "highly trained athelete".

I would LOVE to have you all's resting heart rates!! I have anxiety issues so my resting heart rate(early morning) runs around 83(I'm 25 years old) and during the day my heart rate hovers between 90 and 110. Trying to cut back on sugar to keep from jacking it up and down so much :/

I am 26, the last time I checked my resting heart rate it was around 69/70bpm but I have a hyperactive thyroid! So it tends to make it a bit higher than most!

I'm 30; my resting heart rate is set at 46 on my heart rate monitor, but I've seen it as low as 38.

I'm 36 and last check was a couple months ago, I came in at 55.

mine should be 80 or under. it is 95-110. this is OK for me personally because of health issues and things my doctor is watching for me, but for 'normal' people it should not be resting at 95.
  • At the beginning of my weight loss, my HRM had my resting HR at 80-82. Now I'm between 40-46. I'm 30.

I'm over 55 and my resting rate is around 80 with medication for a thyroid issue. It used to be higher but with my weight loss and exercise it is doing much better.
