    Yoga 20 min 5x's a week

    I have a question though....I have ovarian cysts and tend to eat when I'm hurtin'. What's a good way to work around it?

    I have ovarian cysts too. I NEVER feel like eating when I hurt, because...well, it hurts. :bigsmile: But I would say drink some green tea, lay on the couch, take some painkillers, and if you need to nosh, nosh on some good stuff, like carrots and salsa dip, or celery and Laughing Cow. I know that seems pretty obvious, but I know I've had moments where I thought, "Okay, I need to eat, where's the freaking twinkies?" but thought about it and had my veggies instead. Good luck!

    Thank you so much! :) I always want ice cream or chocolate and wine when my body starts "hating" on me. I'll try the alternative :flowerforyou:

    So nice to see so many people this first week's check in. I liked the tally that we had going...how much weight we've lost in a week. I think it would be good to do that ever week, to see how much we are all losing. See everyone next week.

    225 = S.S.W.L.C. start date
    195 = my goal for sept 1st 2008

    140 is my ultimate goal

    We can do this! :drinker: Here is to a happy, healthy and calorie controlled summer:happy:

    This is helping me get excited to know that there is a possibility to be under 200 soon (I think I am going to clean my house like a mad woman today to kill two birds with one stone) and maybe go for a walk tonight, if it will ever stop raining!

    Ok, I just came across this thread, and I definetly want to join, I just recently started.
    However, I want to let you know that I won't be able to give an update until Monday Night. (Hubby and I are on this journey and we planned on weight in on Monday nights). :wink:
