Excellent recipe!
I substitute fat free sour cream with fage greek yogurt - plain and I cannot tell the difference. The greek yogurt is loaded with protein (slow acting so great for last meal of the day) and probiotics. I eat about a cup with a banana and blueberries and several stevia's before bed so the protein will be working all night.0 -
has anyone tried this with greek yogurt instead of sour cream?Taco Bake - Clean Eating

Except for the taco seasoning packet
and the fat free sour cream that looks pretty good.
As has been mentioned MANY brands of powdered taco seasoning have MSG and partially hydrogenated oils among their many ingredients.
Here's "Old El Paso"
INGREDIENTS:
Maltodextrin, salt, chili pepper, onion powder, spice, monosodium glutamate, corn starch, yellow corn flour, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, silicon dioxide (anticaking agent), natural flavor, ethoxyquin (preservative).0 -
