    I am so excited that I found this post. I never post to these things, but I have resolved to get down and get serious this time. I actually just started today.

    So nice to see so many people this first week's check in. I liked the tally that we had going...how much weight we've lost in a week. I think it would be good to do that ever week, to see how much we are all losing. See everyone next week.

    225 = S.S.W.L.C. start date
    195 = my goal for sept 1st 2008

    140 is my ultimate goal

    We can do this! :drinker: Here is to a happy, healthy and calorie controlled summer:happy:

    This is helping me get excited to know that there is a possibility to be under 200 soon (I think I am going to clean my house like a mad woman today to kill two birds with one stone) and maybe go for a walk tonight, if it will ever stop raining!

    I'm excited for Monday posts because I weigh in every Monday morning anyway! This past Monday I lost 3 lbs!:tongue:

    Ok, I just came across this thread, and I definetly want to join, I just recently started.
    However, I want to let you know that I won't be able to give an update until Monday Night. (Hubby and I are on this journey and we planned on weight in on Monday nights). :wink:
