    Hey Ladies,

    It's me, yep it's really me!!!! But I am not all that health yet. I am still very congested and still drained as far as energy goes. I went to the dr. on thursday and she gave me some antibiotics. Which has really helped but now I need to get over the cough and congestion. So it will be a few before I am working out again. I have been thinking of what to do about the shred and I think.... I will do 3 days of level one and two, then start level three for the ten days I planned in the begining. What do you guys think? Will I be cheating myself? I really wanted to do the full 30 days all at once.

    Welcome back and glad to hear you are feeling a bit better. I am still learning about shredding but you know your body better than anyone. With my foot being hurt I feel like I am starting all over, but it's okay. I am picking up the pace as fast as i can. Good to hear from you again.

    Can I say that THIS IS THE MOST TALKING ON A WEEKEND FOR THE SIXERS... AT LEAST I THINK. LOL. Good job ladies!!!!

    Amy- You keep me laughing. You have such spunk. I'm glad that you are enjoying your bundle of joy! I'm proud of you for keeping fitness in your life. Great job!!!

    Rhiannon- Kitchen cleansing is so important to keeping up our lifestyle changes. Kuddos!!!! YAY. And 26 miles IS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT, even if you bike it or crawl it. Its a long way! And I have the competitive VIRUS as well. LOL

    Moon- Im wishing you and your family a safe and speedy recovery!!!!

    Sandy- When I was looking for my birth certificate I wished I was better organized. LOL, I just got my passport not to long ago and I got the book and the card. You can use the card for cruises! Enjoy yourself!!! YAY

    Cathy- NOW you know Im gonna have to make a trip to walmart now. I hope we have it on sale too. LOL, great job on the bargain!!! I WANT ONE!!! LOL, let you know if I find it! Enjoy your evening!

    I am in a calorie burning mode. I just finished doing my SELF Bikini Ready Video and used my heart rate monitor to see how many calories it burns so I can record it accurately. YAY. Of course I do overdo things so I won't go through my whole 150 exercise dvd collection BUT..... I must see how many calories I burn on another of my favorite DVDs. LOL.

    I took a break to check on the SIXERS. Keep up the good work ladies!

    What I love about myself today is... My positivity! It keeps me going even when I don't see immediate results!

    what I love about myself is my ability to be a "do-it-yourself-er" LOL I did my hair this weekend and saved 200+ dollars! GO ME! And on another note, I have a terrible headavhe all day, I attempted to do the SHRED today and got half way through but did not finish. I will get back on plan tomorrow. Have a great week ladies!

    yea, verda for staying on track
    tiff, i am all for saving a few bucks

    hope everyone had a great super bowl. our potato bar went great. i only ate half a medium size. got toooo full with all the veggie toppings on it. have so many left overs. we will using lots for dinner tonight. now to figure it out.

    i am working out on my new mini trampoline. sure hope it works good. getting excited about getting my new treadmill. april 1 is where the money has been put into budget for it. now to start searching for one. DH said he wanted me to find a nice one that will last. the one i have i bought at play it again sports and it lasted through 3 moves. and 5 years i think. so not to bad for used. next week i meet with the trainer for first time. sure hope he can help sort this problem of mine out.

    going to watch a show i taped from last night and have another cup of coffee and than get to workout. cleaning on the list for today. having people over i always clean real good after. changing living room around today too.

    Tamm-- i love that you love fitness dvds as well hahahahha i own so many different ones but its why i love working out ... it never gets boring ! I do one or two in a weekly rotation for a few weeks and then swap hahaha ! usually always keeping one good hard core one straight thru the rotations ! Good for you

    Tiff-- way to go on doing your own hair ! thats awesome

    Verda-- WOOHOOO for staying under cals

    Cathy --- way to go on eating less potato ... and having a great time with the family ! I love re-doing leftovers ..... makes the week a lot easier ! we cook 6 nights a week .... the 7th night is either TaKE OUT, dinner with family or Date night !

    We had some amazing Turkey meatloaf last night .... yummy ..... It was delish ! and on WW only 4 points per serving !

    My braing usually works in POINTS .... ive done weight watchers on and off for years.... but ive never had the focus that I HAVE NOW.... i dont think i wanted it as badly as i do right now in my life.... to get healthy for my son.... and for myself... and that will in turn make me happier inmy marriage cuz i will feel like when my hubby says "your beautiful" that I FEEL HE MEANS IT !i know he does... but when you feel crappy about yourself for so long ... its hard to think someone may think different ! i love him for loving me the way i am ! but i want him to love me for pushing hard and GETTING RID of who i am right now lol ... and finding the REAL me somewhere buried under my outer fried coating hahahaha ! LMAO !

    Im debating trying out my weight watcher points for a week to see how i do ! .... i mean if i dont get as much success then i can always go back to calories ! but its worth a shot ! points are a little more strict then the calories !

    Tom is being a vicious visitor this month ..... i usually have SIX awful ones a year and SIX DEATHLY ones a year hahah .... it must be one of the deeathly months ! oh well .... maybe by tomorrow ill be less weight .... !!!!!! this morning i was unofficially 266 ...(still in the right direction so im not complaining lol )

    Not too much time to chat right now. I had a crappy weekend...was sick. Didn't get ANY exercise in. Ate WAY too few calories on Saturday, WAY too many calories on Sunday, and got ZERO sleep last night due to poor Kadence being sick and whiney ALL night! SO...I still feel like CRAP today! I have a TON of work to do this morning and a meeting from noon till 3:30. SO, it's going to be a LONG day! Then I have a pile of dishes waiting at home for me, plus a baby that's still not feeling well also. I'm going to try and get in some walking on the treadmill this evening, but there are no promises. I'm a little worried for weigh-in tomorrow, but I'll take whatever it is.

    well just finished the workout dvd for the trampoline. i burned 500 in the 40 min workout. i was just learning the routine so not to shabby. my goodness does it get the heart rate up fast. within the first 5 mins i was at 148. i think i will do this every other day. for this week and just a light jog in the afternoons while i watch my soap or something for about 30 mins.
    now when i start with the trainer next week will have to redo my whole exercise routine.

    kristin....hope you and baby feel better soon. turn the "long day" around and think "it will be great day".
    amyls....you are doing great. try the ww for a week and see what happens. see where you are happier at. when you hit a plateau that's when it would good to change things up. but, you need to find what works best for you.

    hope everyone is doing good. need to get to cleaning.

    OMG totally just finished my first Bento Box! I will post pictures in a few, I just wanted to update that yesterday was a BLAST!!! I had soo much fun at the market, and I spent pretty much every penny I own, haha. But it was all worth it! I made sushi for my friend's super bowl party, everyone love it, and I made Onigiri for my brother for lunch today! I still haven't gotten the stuff right for the Onigiri, I mean I can stuff them, I just havent found the right stuffing for them. Anyways Will post pictures here in a minute, will bump the forum for next week, and then will do personals for today after class around 1!

    First day of work! Got here WAY too early! Sitting in Starbucks right now. Took the lightrail and allowed wiggle room. Just a bit too much I guess!!

    I didn't get on the scale but feel super water retention! I might give it a couple of days. It's easy to stay off right now because it makes me depressed and I need to deal with the new job this week.

    Well, It was a fun weekend. lots of snow and not enough exercise. Defintely binged a little over the weekend.

    But it is Monday, and I am back on track.

    Starting Weight - 215
    Current Weight - 203.5
    Mini Goal - 190 lbs on March 1
    Final Goal - 125 lbs by Dec 1 Maintained.

    Monday,
    Did 20 minutes of ea active on Low
    Did 2 miles of 5 mile fat burning walking away the pounds with 2 minutes boosts
    Did 1 mile of walking away the pounds dvd for abs.

    Had a very sensible breakfast: 1 cup of special k, 1 small banana, and 1/2 cup of whole milk.

    Started on my water: 1 bottle during workout,

    Put in scheduled food for the day and under calories so far.

    doing good today. spring like weather outside. but, for some reason just tired today. not wanting to do much of anything. keep plugging away. will do my trampoline here in a few for about 30 mins.

    Well today I have entered my food for the first time in a week. I haven't had much of an appitite lately. Which sucks since super bowl is suppose to be a food day. We just hung out at home under covers on the couch. I am still feeling a little under the weather but went to work for a while. Now its time to take a nap. I just want to be better. I will see you all tomarrow.

    sigh.. hope I can have time to read all the messages tomorrow. I did 65 mins on elliptical and ate pretty good. Gotta finish studying Sorry my messages are always so short. working on it!
