9/9--- 62.53 miles. New accomplishment!! It was awesome. 11.82 mph avg

Sept total so far: 158.27 miles
Well my knee appears to be trying to go out on my again. Did a no no and tried to do some squats and jumping jacks last Friday. Now it's swollen and painful/numb again. I'm having to majorly cut back on any cardio that puts stress on my knee. Trying to at least get some short rides in. It's killing me not being able to go out there and push it!!0 -
24.6 miles today riding to pick up my Garmin 705 from Halfords for only £100 on clearance ,one happy boy !! Total of 545.85 for the month so far

I am in. Again even though I didn,t get 300 last month, I am setting my goal again for September at 300
9/1- 8.6 miles - 12.3 ave.
9/3- 65.7 miles - 14.7 ave
9/10- 10.9 miles - 12.1 crashed all the miles I could do for the night.
9/14- 2.5 miles - just to see if I could do it after the crash, not my better judgement
fractured ribs and a dislocated hip.
9/23 - 2.2 miles - tried it again, pain at bottom of stroke still not ready for a long ride. Crashes suck!!
89.9 miles for Sept. - 1603.3YTD
Glad to see all the miles racking up. Even though I can't ride now because of the crash, I still have been keeping an eye on everyones progress. Good job everyone and stay riding!
