    Here is my most recent BA pic. I walk 4 mileser day 4x a week plus I am a soccer referee and also coach. I'm generally active. I pay the most attention to my calorie intake with MFP. I avoid processed sugars as well as fried and fatty foods. MFP has really brought awareness to how I eat and really changed my life. Enjoy the pic.

    I can only tell you how using PhotoBucket. Upload your picture(s), save them, hover over the mini picture and a drop down box appears with 4 links. Copy the one that says IMG Code (PhotoBucket auto copies when you click the link) and paste the link in your post. Change the IMG tags before and after to lower case img.

    Also, bumping for more beefcake.
