I am about 5'2.5" and I have never lost so much weight other than having hepatitis (best diet worst feeling). This is actually the first time I post pictures so I hope this works. I started at 197 and now I am at 156.

Hello,
I have been attempting to use MFP on and off for about a year, you know the usual yoyo crap. I would like to get serious about it , I always felt I was "to far gone" to even try anymore. I just wanted to say thank you for the post seeing how everyone can do this , why can't I . I am sure some of you people love food as much as I do! I have started with just eating healthy like no more red meat , no fried foods and no chocolate or sweets try to do everything organic. I don't think its enough I guess I need to count calories and exercise more.1 -
amazing results way to go !!0

This is just a stomach comparison (that seems to be an area we all want to see changes in.) I did this in 90 days by watching what I eat and working out. I do RI30 and DDP Yoga every other day and run 3 days a week.

Is it me, or does this look extremely unhealthy on the verge of looking anorexic??
I'm 5'2", GW is 125.It's just you!, she's 4'11 121lbs.....4'11 normal weight is 99lbs to 119lbs and she's shooting for 105 which is just about right.
She's not very curvy but doesnt seem unhealthy.
You are a whole 3' taller than her keep that in mind.
^ What she says! The girl looks great, leave her be ! She's even got some abs coming in! Jealousy only hurts yourself, you know. Try to keep this thread positive - We are here to support!

Note: I don't have pictures from my highest weight, so the before pictures don't reflect that number.

I am 26, 5'2" and holding at 125. I'm not necesarily looking to lose weight, more to tone. Even at my lightest (112 February 2012) I still had a nasty bulging belly. I guess its like those starving african children pictures with the big bellies. I need to figure out how to tone. Millions of crunches do nothing, and I don't have a lot of time for hardcore cardio.

I'm 28 years old 5'0 (almost 5'1) and I've had two kids back to back (My oldest was 6 months old when I found out I was pregnant again!) My second pregnancy was really rough and wrecked havoc on my body and the emergency csection was not any help either. When my daughter was born I was 158 (up from 123) and after the birth I hovered around 145 for almost a year. I wasn't active (other than chasing my kids) and had no idea how I looked because everyone kept telling me I "looked so good for just having two kids!" The problem was I didn't feel good about myself at all, the old myth that breast feeding helps you lose weight didn't apply to me. I was ravishing hungry all the time from breastfeeding and though I didn't over eat, I didn't lose anything either. Around my youngest daughters first birthday I lost a huge chuck of weight randomly. It was as if my body reset, but I was still about 8lbs above my prebaby weight. So through eating healthy and working out I have now lost a total of 28lbs in just over a year!
The before picture was 9 months after my youngest was born (thats my oldest in the picture) and I was roughly 145, the after was two days ago and I am 117. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep losing weight or if I'm just going to work on firming up.
