    Congrats! You have done a fantastic job! As for myself, I am pleased to see that our outlooks are pretty similar. I, too, don't use a cheat day and I still have pizza and beer and the things I enjoy. It's not restrictive...it's living! Seeing your pictures is an inspiration for me and the day that I get to post my "before and after" pictures on this site.

    You inspire me. I saw your previous before and after a few months ago and to see you at goal gives me hope. I have given up a few times lucky I didn't gain back what I had lost so far but if I had only saw it thru I would have been at goal a year ago. This time no quitting for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You said you never considered EVER giving up. I really like this. I feel the same way (6 months in). But reading that gives me hope that my new lifestyle is liveable, enjoyable and will sustain me for a lifetime.
