Whey Protein Shake Recipes
I've recently started replacing my dinner with protein shakes when I get home from the gym. Tonight I'm excited to try a new pumpkin shake (see below). What are your favorite whey protein shakes?

1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
1 Cup Light Vanilla Soymilk
1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Tbsp Biochem Vanilla Whey Protein
.5-1 Cup of Ice Cubes

1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 Serving Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (mine is 2 scoops)
5 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

These both sound yummy!!:) I just take one scoop of chocolate whey protein,add 1 cup of Almond milk and a 1/2 tbsp.of natural peanut butter. Makes me think I had a candy car instead of a shake,cures my cravings.Will have to try your recipes.Thanks for sharing...

Banana Bread Shake
Ingredients
2 scoops whey protein
1 banana
1/2 cup Quaker oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
3/4 cup Kellogg's Bran Flakes or Cheerios
1 bocup of 2%, 1% or non fat milk
I add a little cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup to the finished oatmeal, I pre-make the oatmeal and leave it in the fridge0 -

Power meal replacement shake
1 Scoop whey protein powder (I use Herba Life Formula 1)
1 Bananna
4-5 large strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
1.5 cups ALmond milk
1 cup of crushed ice
about 394 calories - I meal replace with it0 -
Banana cream shake
1 Banana
1-2 scoops vanilla whey
2tsp fat free sugar free banana cream pudding mix
2tsp stevia (optional)
6-8 oz milk
6-8 ice cubes
If you workout hard enough you can add light coolwhip and graham crackers
