Whey Protein Shake Recipes

I've recently started replacing my dinner with protein shakes when I get home from the gym. Tonight I'm excited to try a new pumpkin shake (see below). What are your favorite whey protein shakes?

Pumpkin Shake
1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
1 Cup Light Vanilla Soymilk
1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Tbsp Biochem Vanilla Whey Protein
.5-1 Cup of Ice Cubes

    This sounds awesome. I just tried a new one that is Apple pie Smoothie

    1 Apple Diced
    1/2 cup Almond Milk
    1 Serving Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (mine is 2 scoops)
    5 ice cubes
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    These both sound yummy!!:) I just take one scoop of chocolate whey protein,add 1 cup of Almond milk and a 1/2 tbsp.of natural peanut butter. Makes me think I had a candy car instead of a shake,cures my cravings.Will have to try your recipes.Thanks for sharing...

    Banana Bread Shake
    Ingredients
     2 scoops whey protein
     1 banana
     1/2 cup Quaker oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
     3/4 cup Kellogg's Bran Flakes or Cheerios
     1 bocup of 2%, 1% or non fat milk
     I add a little cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup to the finished oatmeal, I pre-make the oatmeal and leave it in the fridge

    Power meal replacement shake

    1 Scoop whey protein powder (I use Herba Life Formula 1)
    1 Bananna
    4-5 large strawberries
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
    1.5 cups ALmond milk
    1 cup of crushed ice

    about 394 calories - I meal replace with it
  • Banana cream shake
    1 Banana
    1-2 scoops vanilla whey
    2tsp fat free sugar free banana cream pudding mix
    2tsp stevia (optional)
    6-8 oz milk
    6-8 ice cubes
    If you workout hard enough you can add light coolwhip and graham crackers
    BLEND!!!!!!!!!!
