My wife and I started 7 weeks ago and already did a fun run 2 weeks ago. It was a blast. We began setting results in week 2 just like you.0

I'm week 2, Day 1 (:
I actually felt a big change in endurance too. I actually did week 1 twice because I felt I wasn't ready to move on, but I really enjoyed today0 -
where i can find info?? i want to start doing this!0

I started C25K two weeks ago! I am really enjoying it, so far have been getting up at 5:30 am to run and I look forward to it! I'm sure I will eventually have to find a different time to run when my lack of sleep catches up to me. I am planning on running a 5K at the end of October.0

Just downloaded an app for this. Haven't started yet, but I'm happy to see the posts about improving endurance.
I have never been a runner.... ever. Rest of my family is. It's time to show them I can do this too!
Wish me luck0 -
You can downlaod an app on your smartphone and it will tell you what to do otherwise google it!!
I started it and with my bad knee i wasnt able to get through the running at all, then i got sick again. Now that i'm better i'm pushing through insanity before i try this again!! Basically strengthening my legs before i start running (during winter it should be fun!!)0 -
there is a lot of different app... wich one is the best?0

I have been doing the C25K program since August 2. I completed Week 6, Day 3 on Monday. I actually made the 22 minute run - straight. I was BLOWN away when i completed it. :noway:
I think i need new shoes though. I have pains just below my calf muscle on the inner side of my shins when i run. I hope i just need new shoes.
In the past i never imagined myself running unless i was being chased by a pack of wild rabid dogs!
Going to attempt Week 7, Day 1 today. Wish me luck!!!!0 -
I am in the middle of week 6. I love it! I feel so empowered! Before I started, I couldn't even walk a city block without panting. Now I am up to 25 minutes straight of jogging.0

Yep. I've been running awhile but decided about 2 weeks ago to try C25k to improve my overall running (endurance, pace). So far onto week 2 day 2 and I like it a lot.0

I'm on Week 1 Day 3 round two. I stopped over the summer after getting to week 3. I hope to get through the whole thing this time. I love how much progress I see each week.0
-
I just started it on Sunday, but I started at week 4. So far so good!0
-
Just did C210K
Hope to be able to do that!!0 -
I just did Week 4, Day 1. It upgraded to 5 minute run intervals! Yikes. I'm very proud I was able to do them non stop.
I've always told myself I'm not a runner. Even waaaaay back in high school when they'd have us run laps, when we were on the far side of the track, away from the PE teacher, I'd "fake" it. I would just walk w/ a bounce so it'd look like I was running from far away..
I've started looking for a 5k to run in. I'm fortunate in that there seems to be many that take place right outside my front door. But none seem to coincide with when I finish this.0 -
I'm on week 7, day 2. Got a long 25 minute session today and am hoping the drizzling ran lets up by the time I have to run this evening otherwise I'll be squishing in my shoes by the time I get home. :laugh:0

I am on week one of C25K! I am ready to get to the Finish Line too!0

I am in week 8 day 2. The past 2 months have flown by! It feels amazing to have accomplished so much already!0
-
On Thursday, I'll be on week 9 Day 1. So proud of myself for making it this far in the program!!!0
-
I started C25K back in May and I was doing great! I was loving the program but then I stopped.. no reason other than doing other things to work out.... I am planning on starting it again once I'm done with this stupid cold!!0

I started this about three week ago. Did the first two days and througly enjoyed it actually. I am big chested girl and never thought I could run...yes it's not the most comfortable thing ever but I found a decent sports bra.
I got sick the week after I started so I took a week off....so yesterday I finally finished week one!!! I am on too week two and hope to continue with it! I actually look forward to running now! I find it easier to do on the treadmill because I feel like if I stop or slow down, I'm going to fall off. That scares me enough to keep going.
We are going to be on vacation for the next week starting Sunday and I told my husband I at least want to do some type of activity or even run outside those days we are gone. And if I need to redo week two again when I get back home.0 -
I started last Monday, but missed a day of week 1 so I m now on W1 Day3. Have a 5k scheduled for Oct. 270
