I am not much of a baker (I consider baking to be making baked goods from a betty crocker box)
Can I substitute almond milk for the skim milk?0 -
Blueberry Muffins
2 cups sifted self raising flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 eggs
2/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup skim milk
Mix sugar, milk, eggs and apple sauce together - add to flour.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Divide into 10 large patty pans.
Bake at 160 degrees (320 F) for 15 minutes.
121 calories each.

This is a great basic recipe and I bet you could swap out bananas and other kinds of fruit, maybe even pumpkin? Yum

I just took mine outta the oven and they are not like the pictures... can;t figure out what have I done wrong.... I think 320 is low to bake at.0
