it gets absorbed back into your body
but it depends how much pee came out0 -

I think it also matters if you were awake or asleep.0 -
As long as you accurately measured how much you took in I don't see why not. You wouldn't want to overestimate your water intake.0

If there was lightning, you get to double count it.
Wait are you sure? I thought that would add electrolytes, thus making it no longer just water.

Was there soup in it?0

This is an excellent question! I have wondered about this as well!
The other night I was watching Lost and cried at the end, some tears ran into my mouth, does that count as H20?
They were salty, so I bet it definitely increased my sodium intake for the day.0 -
Sure! A drop of sweat, a drop of rainwater -- that has a 1 drop to 1 cup ratio. So be sure to log all 25 cups!!0

how about sweat that drips into your eyes, ears, mouth and nose? lol does that count?0

Yes, if you don't count them you will go into dehydration mode and then you will be a mummy.
A bit of my lunch actually went up my nose when I read that.

People are so silly. I mean, I was watching Survivor last night and it was pouring rain for 2 straight days and everybody was complaining! Why are they complaining??? All that hydration, they should be happy! Everybody knows that when it rains hard the water doesn't even have to get into your mouth. Your skin just absorbs it, and since the body is smart, your skin automatically absorbs exactly 8 glasses worth per day and then shuts down. We all know this, right?
I wish it would rain more often in LA. My skin is thirsty. Oh well. I'm just going to go take a shower and log it as water.0 -
its raining outside and some rain got in my mouth. Can I count this towards my daily water intake?
no but you can count driving to work as water.0 -

Depends. If it was clear or pale yellow, then yes. If darker colored or cloudy, then no.0 -
If I absorb water thorugh my skin while I'm swimming will the chlorine put me over for carbs?0
