Friendship, loyalty, trust, physical attraction and definately fun times together. It's all about "the connection". And a stick to it in good times and bad attitude.0

Guess I will be the first to say it: GOD.. a man who goes to church and actually lives a life for GOD.
I need a man that is in charge, similar lifestyle goals, wants kids, likes to read books of substance, a little odd or quirky, responsible, secure in who he is.
I found him, and currently engaged to him. He has shown me such respect, and love, and has been my best friend, my rock, a man that opens the door EVERY single time, a man that hugs my daughter goodnight every night, who cuts out of work to make her school stuff, who makes time for us. A man who wants the same as me in regards to lifestyle. A man I can RESPECT.
Oh, and I love a man that can smile and show those teeth.0 -

A former 'bad boy' who gave up his wicked ways on his own long before he met me...that way he can't judge my rowdy past lol. A crunchy guy who likes gardening and building things with his hands...kind of a hippie, lol, that way if we procreate I won't have to convince him of the merits of cloth diapering and exclusive breastfeeding cuz he'll already be down with it all. A fantastic sense of humor and ability to laugh at life is a must. I love tattoos and full beards and corduroy jeans on a guy. If he wears nothing but well-loved Chuck Taylors day in and day out all the better. Specific much? lol0

A nice booty. Just kidding..maybe. I would like to be compatible, he should probably know how to make me laugh. Intelligence, wit, honesty, loyalty, patience, kindness. Someone who loves kiddos like I do. Someone who will love me unconditionally.0

This is probably going to make me sound strange, but I still have trouble with the concept of people actively seeking a partner.
I never did. I never intended to get married, and I never dated monogamously up until meeting my husband.
Edited to add: I have never had any patience with people without the following qualities, so I suspect they were necessities when it came to settling down.
1. Must not be a doormat.
2. Either have money, a job or a willingness to work. I don't mind sharing expenses, but I'll be darned if I'll support someone who's just plain lazy.0 -

The only prerequisites I have is that they are honest, respectful, take care of themselves in a healthy and positive manner, and are okay with a monogamous relationship. Anything else is a bonus, really.0

I've been with the bad boy, Ive dated the nerd, tall and short.
The man I was with for 8 years was tall, with Long hair, facial hair, was nerdy and had no piercings or tattoos.didnt drink or do Drugs>
The Boi i'm with now, Tall, insane skinny, tattooes, drinks but doesnt do drugs and is almost as innocent as they come
I tend to see interest in anyone who shows interest in me after I show my oddness.
Though, if i'm checking guys out in the bar, Tall is a must, Piercings and tattoos Are nice but not a must. Long hair always catches my attention and big muscles.
Though when a guy does "circle" the first thing I ask, if they want children one day. If they do. I send them on there way0 -
