Grilled Cheese's.

pizza, mac & Cheese and cakes/cookie. But you know what? I LOVE my body with NO muffin top better than all that stuff!0

I miss Little Debbie foods. And I miss some fast food. But now that I've been doing this diet for seven months, I don't really miss much of anything. It all sounds gross now.0

I think chicken wings are the only thing I blatantly don't eat any more, and it's not that big of a deal to me. Everything else I still eat - I still eat out, I still eat fast food, I still eat Little Debby Nutter Bars, I still eat ice cream, I still drink beer and tequila. I just balance all that stuff out with lean proteins and whatever else I need to hit my daily goals.0

Nothing yet. Been here almost a month, and I can tell you what I don't miss!
The gross feeling I got from overdoing it with food every single night.
If I have the calories for chip dip and cracker chips, I'll have them! No biggie!0 -

I miss ... nothing really.
I've not actually cut anything out completely, just eat everything in moderation & within my allowance.
I have cut back on alcohol quite a bit though, the cals in alcohol are rediculous!!!!0 -
I don't miss anything really, I still enjoy what I want. I only miss the frequency I used to eat them. But that is a fair trade off. If I'm being completely honest, I actually only miss the CONVENIENCE of those foods.0

I also eat "everything" in moderation, but I miss eating a WHOLE cheeseburger. I always cut restaurant food in half now. Also, milkshakes. I just can't justify spending 500 calories on a milkshake these days--if I have ice cream, it's something I can re-freeze and split between several days.0

I don't miss anything because I eat what I want, but in moderation and I try to go for a walk for at least an hour a day and drink lots of water.0

Yep, this. If there's something high caloric that I crave, I just bust it at the gym to allow myself the pleasure of eating it. That's the only reason this weight loss has worked for me. If I felt deprived of things, I'd never last.0 -
I miss soda, because I don't drink it on a daily basis anymore. Once in a while yes, but not every day like I used to. But as for food, I don't miss anything because as long as it fits into my calories I have it in moderation0

This! I have given up soda though, but now if I drink soda it makes me feel so badly that I really don't want it anyway. I have found that I have new favorite things that are better for me anyhow, like cocoa almonds and different fruits! Who knew I could be happy living without chocolate and soda everyday?! I still have it if I really crave it, but I have found that I don't crave it like I used to.0 -
I miss not thinking about what I'm putting in my mouth but I don't miss looking in the mirror and seeing a much larger me.
I haven't given any food up but it would be nice not to have to be thinking already about the take away planned next weds and the meal out next saturday and how I'm going to fit that into my plan.0 -
There's nothing I ate before that I don't eat now. So, nothing. I guess I kinda miss eating whatever I want, whenever I want, buuuuuut that's what made me gain all the weight I did, so I can live without it.0

Beer. I still drink it occasionally but not nearly as much as I'd like. The beers I like most have so many calories!0
