    you are so beautiful! I am still on my journey I've been doing Weight Watchers just to keep myself honest tracking is motivating and I have lost 142.8lbs and I still have another 57.2lbs to go til I reach my goal weight :) I know exactly what you mean when you say it feels great to wake up and not have your first thoughts be about aches and pains and what can I wear today that actually fits me! You said everything perfect and you are a Rock Star! WTG!!! :)

    Good for you! Thanks for the encouraging words! I felt that way for the first time in YEARS. Being able to feel a change in my body in how the covers felt on top of me. How my clothes feel. Today is the first time in I don't know how long that my pants have not felt like they were going to bust at the seems!
