Stay on track -- for good ... So I can RE-LOSE the 8-10lbs I have put back on by being really stupid! :grumble:
Luckily the exercise hasn't been a problem at all, it's eating too much crap food again.

    *edit,
I am also doing the 30 Day Shred dvd. I completed day 9 this morning. Woohoo!

I want to stay the course and keep working at improving body fat percentage. I will have night class and homework on top of my hectic job, and depending on how things go i may be an expectant father :) So with all of that - I want to continue to keep myself healthy, exercising, with good nutrition despite the numerous stress factors and obligations in my life.

My stubborn areas are the tummy and my inner thighs.

If I could be steadying out at a baseline of 166lb but continue to build muscle mass that would be awesome. I have a trainer session scheduled 1x a week from now through beg of December to keep me motivated for each week, and my next nutritionist appt is mid-October so I have those things in mind to help. This site is also helpful - the stories are very inspiring!

    Good luck everyone!
  • Continue another month of not drinking any alcohol. September is done... bring it on!

  • Finish the 30 Day Shred and get myself under 140 pounds. :)
  • have a wonderful binge free october!! :)
