This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month! This month we will only have 150 participants total. If you do not check in two weeks in a row I will delete you from the spreadsheet unless you tell me first. All of your tracking will be done on this thread UNLESS we hit 500 comments and then it will continue on part 2.

Above are the weekly weigh-in days :) Weigh-ins will be every Monday. October 31st will be the only NON Monday weigh in.

The link to new charts will be up by Tuesday evenings if I have the time to update it. If I do not have your current weight by Tuesday at 12:00 pm EST, your new weight will not be on the weekly chart. Sorry! The first chart WILL NOT be posted until the SECOND weigh in.

    Looking forward to this. Perhaps we could create an actual group instead of just a thread so we can close it properly and then only group members would be able to comment?

    What about Google docs for the spreadsheet and we can update our own - save you having to do it all Belinda? :-)

    Sorry, I work in IT Systems Analysis so I always seem to be in solution mode!!

    It's nice to have a challenge for extra motivation when willpower waivers a little!!

    I"m only setting my goal for 3.4 pounds this month. My weight lost has slowed down and it is getting harder to lose. If I lose more than GREAT.

    Thanks for doing this! I am really hoping that this will help me. It seems I am struggling. I always get the, you don't look like you weight that much :( wish I didn't. I actually feel ok and workout regularly, I just want the weight to come off so I can feel even better!!!
