DO NOT COMMENT ON THIS CHALLENGE UNLESS YOU ARE PART OF THE 150 PEOPLE THAT ARE ALREADY PART OF THE GROUP.
This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month! This month we will only have 150 participants total. If you do not check in two weeks in a row I will delete you from the spreadsheet unless you tell me first. All of your tracking will be done on this thread UNLESS we hit 500 comments and then it will continue on part 2.

Looking forward to this. Perhaps we could create an actual group instead of just a thread so we can close it properly and then only group members would be able to comment?

Sorry, I work in IT Systems Analysis so I always seem to be in solution mode!!
It's nice to have a challenge for extra motivation when willpower waivers a little!!

I"m only setting my goal for 3.4 pounds this month. My weight lost has slowed down and it is getting harder to lose. If I lose more than GREAT.

Thanks for doing this! I am really hoping that this will help me. It seems I am struggling. I always get the, you don't look like you weight that much wish I didn't. I actually feel ok and workout regularly, I just want the weight to come off so I can feel even better!!!0 -
