This is my first time trying this...I am going to set my goal for 100 miles for the month of October...

I am not going to do a ticker since they have taken that our of the signature code.
So I will just record my exercise on a daily basis. I will go with 50 miles to start.
October l - Bicycle- 10-12 mph, 9.02 miles, 321 calories, 70 mins, Avsp 10.6
October 2- Pilates - One hour, 204 calories0 -
4.1 miles run today. In the rain. It felt amazing.
