I'm totally in! I was down to 131lbs (1 pound away form my goal!!!) & then I gained 10 pounds in 2 months. I am not sure why, but I think one of my meds causes weight gain. So I just joined a gym & am REALLY watching my diet. Let's DO THIS!

I'm in! I am struggling like crazy to drop 10 and it is just not going. I run and workout with a trainer twice a week but right now just seeing more muscle! Which is not a bad thing, but I want the weight gone too!! I am a day or so behind but will weigh in tomorrow morning!! Good luck everyone!0

I started out at 248 in 2005. I lost my weight with another program but I have held at this weight now forever. Trying to break it down.................really hard!! Hopefully this will help!!0 -
Ok, I finally found that elusive spreadsheet, it wouldn't open on my Android. I added my name on it since i couldn't find my screenname on it. Pretty easy. Two days left to lose some more weight before another log in!0

-3lbs! This success is marred by the fact that it mostly came off by way of stress, being overtly busy, problems in the kitchen, and thus undereating. I'm hoping to take better care of my body this week! (And still see a loss next Wednesday. )
