            i have a tad there now, when i get lower in weight it goes away more. but i do think its partially just a where you put on fat sort of thing.

I'm finding running is really helping with my legs! Calorie deficit of course, lunges/squats WITH weights.0 - 
            squats in heels.

            Diet to lose the fat and squats and lunges to strengthen the leg and butt muscles
Winner, winner, chicken dinner.
This is where I store my fat too. Genetics. I have "abs" but fat inner thighs. It's okay because I like I said, I have abs AND a nice rear from squats (and deadlifts).0
