Words of advice: Portion control, moderation. Don't sweat the small stuff, everyday is a new day! Get rid of the Soda. Give your workout everything you've got! Add more fruit and veggies into your meals(side of veggies, fruit for dessert). It's okay to allow yourself that cookie, or piece of chocolate from time to time. Don't call it a diet, you are getting healthier!
