Job well done! I agree! Diet's indicate a short term fix; this should be a long term; life style change.
According to Runner's World 1/2 of your breakfast should be fruit; 1/2 of your lunch and 1/2 of you dinner should be vegetables. :happy:

A little over a year. Almost a year and half0 -
Please share the first step of your journey - how did you find the courage to begin? You must have somehow changed some of the "stinkin-thinking" that took you to 252 lbs. It's more than new habits - it's new thought patterns too. Bravo to you and many blessings. Be happy and proud of yourself! .0

Thanks everyone for your amazingly kind words!!! Just to answer a few questions:
1) It took me a little over a year to lose my weight. I've been working on maintaining since June
2) My go-to workout is: At the gym- the arc trainer, great for when I'm needing some major cardio. At home-Anything Jillian Michaels. She kicks my butt!
3) My favourite snack: Fruit(anything!) Although, I do indulge in Chocolate at least one a week0
