I am normally up at 4:30 AM and in bed b 9:00 PM because I workout early in the morning. How long before bedtime should my last meal or snack be?

Depends what your snacking on. I would not eat any high carb foods , no way to burn those off before bed. If it is a handfull of almonds ect.. that should be okay, I eat my snack before 7pm, check out other peep's snack and see what they are eating..

When you die is often the best time for most people to stop eating...

A small snack, cereal or toast an hour or so before bed should be fine!

When do you want it to be?

I like a bedtime snack - lately a Jamba sorbet bar. Low calorie, full of yummmmmmmmmm!

I have the same schedule as you, and because of my work schedule we don't get to eat dinner until 6:30 or 7:00, so that is usually the last thing I eat. Occassionally I'll have a little bit of ice cream with my kids around 7:45, but then that's really the last thing I eat.

I usually have calories left at the end of the day - I will do a spoonfull of peanut butter and some milk before bed.

I'm the same--up at 3:45 to work out, in bed around 9-9:30. My last snack is usually at 8 after I put my son to bed and veg on the couch for an hour. Usually something small like a little sorbet or natural popcorn or some almonds.
