Ladies 5' 3" - 5' 5"...Vital Statistics Please!

Hi all,

Am looking for a favour please, I am 5' 4" and currently weigh 203.4lbs (14st 7.3lbs). My ultimate goal is 126lbs (9 stone). I would love to know from ladies that approximate height and weight what your measurements are, for arm, chest, waist, hips, thighs and calves, just to give me an idea of what my targets in those areas would be.

    I'm 5'5" and right around 124-128. I'll post my measurements as soon as I can find a tape measure (probably later today) if it will help you out. =)

    My measruements might not be perfectly accurate because it's been a couple weeks since I measured, but those are the last numbers I checked-in with.

    At least that's according to the last time I was taped for my Navy mock weigh in.

    I'm 5'4" and 124, but I don't know my measurements. I really don't think you can go by anyone elses measurements to know what your results will be anyway. Certain parts of me such as thighs are pretty darn big for my height and weight compared to others who are the same hight and weight as me.

    I need to buy a tape measure to say though.

    height 168 cm (I think that's about 5'6")
    weight 62.1 kg (my calculator says that's 137 lbs)
    waist 75 cm (29")
    hips 92 cm (36")
    chest 88 cm (34")
    body fat percentage 21%

    Obviously all of these will vary a lot based on your build- for instance, if you have a bigger chest you will have higher body fat percentage. And some women have larger hips (like me), while others are bigger around the waist.

    If it helps, I started as a size 8-10 and am now a size 4-6 or occasionally an 8 (huge range depending on the brand).

    I'm 5'4" and probably weigh about 190 (haven't weighed for a while). I'll weigh and measure tomorrow and post my stats!

    My goal weight is 137, but I'll be ecstatic once I get under 155. My best adult weight was 120 in college, but I've had a baby since then so body structure has changed!

    I agree with this. I have a small waist/ small ribs, but bigger thighs and hips. Just keep in mind that these measurements will be a different for you. =)

    I have a small build and quite weak muscle tone, so my stats might not be typical. Also, I am working on building muscle, so the stats may well change in the future.

    This inspired me to actually take my measurements, so thank you :) I am just at the beginning of my weight loss journey, so these are "skinny fat" measurements because I don't have much lean muscle, so just keep in mind that you very well could be smaller at 126 lbs if you are lean.

    Height: About 5’3.75
    Weight: 126/127
    Age: 23
    Arms: 11.25 inches (I have “thick arms”, as a warning)
    Chest (below breasts): 31 inches
    Chest (across breasts): 36 inches
    Waist (natural): 28 inches
    Waist (belly button): 32 inches
    Hips: 37.5 inches
    Thighs: 22.75 inches (I have saddle bags, just for reference)
    Calves: 12.5 inches

    ETA: I wear a 2/4 in most brands.

    I'm 5'3", currently at 133lb (as of today!). Started at 154lb, my goal is between 115-120. (I do have a progress photo posted in my profile pics of my loss thus far)

    The majority of the stores I got to I'm a size 4 in pants and dresses (US Size 4), and a small in tops.

    I really need to take measurements again. Below are my stats when I was 137. I am now 131. I know my smallest waist point is now 27 but not sure of the rest. Here you go though...

    I got a lot more body fat% to lose & I wanna lose 5-10 more lbs. Know that everyone's measurements will b diff at even the same weight dependent on their body shape

    Thanks again ladies, interesting to see and give myself an idea of the range to be aiming for. Like I said, am 5' 4" myself and 202.8lbs as of this morning. Consider myself to have a small frame, small bust (C cup whilst bf was as big as it got for me!). I currently wear UK sizes 18 top (shoulders usually big on me but need it for my waist) and 18-20 bottoms. My own current stats are:
    Neck   14"
    Right Arm   14"
    Left Arm   14.25"
    Chest  37.75"
    Waist   40"
    Hips    47.5"
    Right Thigh   28.25
    Left Thigh   28.75"
    Right Calf   17.5"
    Left Calf   17.5"
    I have horrible legs, even as a slim teenager (120lbs) I had cankles :-S
