    Awesome pic. Everything you said to do is exactly what I do and think. If you look at losing as a diet, it won't work. If youworry about what you eat or how much you exercise, it won't work. Just be sensible about everything. I gained 2 lbs. because I thought I needed a binge day. NOT a good thought. But now I know I can't have a day like that. Great job!!!
