Now that I am home, I am going to try these challenges.
I had an idea for one for the future - how about eat an extra serving of vegetables (something I'm not good about doing)? You've probably already done this, but, since I'm new, I don't know all the challenges this group has already undertaken.
Another thought was adding an exercise challenge - maybe when watching TV at night, use the commercials to run up and down stairs or do jumping jacks.

I like these challenges and zaza I like those suggestions as wel, i feel wel lazy when i'm watching tv so maybe having a challenge for break times is a good idea.0

I just looked at today's challenge. It's hard, but a good one and certianly doable. I think I'll tackle it in 2 sessions.0

great challenges... missed half this week because we've been busy with insurance companies, banks, landlords. our car was broken into while we were helping a family member car trouble. ladies, make sure you keep your purses hidden. be careful in mall parking lots!!!!0

Ooo, daily challenges! Looking at tomorrow's I don't drink carbonated beverages often, so I'll go with 110% Last Chance Workout!! (And, luckily, I did drink my water today.)0
