    Looking forward to the Friday challenge (Yoga or stretching)... I would like to do this every day but seems like I never have the time. Sounds absolutely wonderful!!!

    Monday..........nope...I hurt my back moving boxes last weekend, so I couldn't do this one. (I'm fine now, though). I just watched my calories like a hawk on this day.
    Tuesday........check...I like veggies.
    Wednesday..check...I did them in the kitchen, while I was thinking about it. I still do the sissy kind though.
    Thursday.......so far so good..I sat down for breakfast and lunch.

    Okay, didn't realize that eating the car didn't count! Oh well, made good choices...Arnold Sandwich Thins, Light String Cheese, Banana and HB egg!

    I was able to get 4 workouts in this week. I did some of the challenges but not on the correct day.:laugh: Guess that doesn't really matter as long as we are moving. Was a little under the weather today so am taking a break (until tomorrow).:yawn:
