Question..for the challenge that was for 1/4 "last chance workout" is that the biggest loser workout?:huh: I have that one, so that is what I was just wondering or if you meant work "extra" hard at your workout? Just curious. I know that the limit caffeine will be hard for me. Right now I am addicted to the energy drinks "NOS - Sugar Free", :drinker: :drinker: they have extra caffeine...so I will try to be good.

Okay I feel silly after posting my last question. :bigsmile: Duh...I just wasn't thinking!!! :laugh: oh well....I am watching the new season of the Biggest Loser (couples) and this is going to be an awesome season. Anyway, I realize that "last chance workout" really means give it your all.0
