btw.... i don't 'do' the scale... it's very much my enemy. but i can tell by clothes size/feel the 'loss'..... i've gone from a 2xl, to a 1xl, to an xl, to an L since july 17th..... so YES!!! i'm soooooo in!!!0

Not that great, but I also sprained my knee on Wednesday evening so I haven't been able to do anything since. I missed my last taper run and my half-marathon that was this morning.0 -
It's almost halfway into the month and I'm still exactly where I was at the end of September. So frustrating. I'll never do a challenge like this again. I'll get to my goal weight eventually, but definitely not in a way where I can lose a lot in a month.0

My knee sprain on October 10 has thrown a wrench in my plan. I'm not very good at eating on rest days and this entire week has been a rest day. I've been taking muscle relaxers (which are gone, thankfully) and trying to let the damned thing heal. With hope, I will soon be back on board but it looks like October is not going to be it for me.0 -

Lol yeah but it's taken me since May 2010 soooo it's definitely not a sprint, more like a super-long marathon. :laugh:0 -
