    btw.... i don't 'do' the scale... it's very much my enemy. but i can tell by clothes size/feel the 'loss'..... i've gone from a 2xl, to a 1xl, to an xl, to an L since july 17th..... so YES!!! i'm soooooo in!!!

    203.2 as of 10/10/2012. Only 1 lb. I better get crackin'. At least it is the right direction so I'll celebrate. Good job to everyone. The numbers are right on track I see.

    Not that great, but I also sprained my knee on Wednesday evening so I haven't been able to do anything since. I missed my last taper run and my half-marathon that was this morning.

    It's almost halfway into the month and I'm still exactly where I was at the end of September. So frustrating. I'll never do a challenge like this again. I'll get to my goal weight eventually, but definitely not in a way where I can lose a lot in a month.

    My knee sprain on October 10 has thrown a wrench in my plan. I'm not very good at eating on rest days and this entire week has been a rest day. I've been taking muscle relaxers (which are gone, thankfully) and trying to let the damned thing heal. With hope, I will soon be back on board but it looks like October is not going to be it for me.

    Lol yeah but it's taken me since May 2010 soooo it's definitely not a sprint, more like a super-long marathon. :laugh:

    Done... :) I'm happy with 8 pounds! Especially since I honestly think consuming 800mg extra sodium yesterday might be affecting the scale ;D I've been so good. I really enjoyed this challenge! I'm glad a lot of others seem to have had good luck with it too. :D Where's the November challenge?! (Also: My scale stuck to the .6 until the very end.............! Magical.)
