Good job! We will all defeat that evil scale in time!
  • GREAT JOB!!! I'm doing the same thing, I have an overall goal, but I'm thinking of it 5-10 pounds at a time. Hitting those numbers keep me focused on successes. I think a lot of us have a end goal that is too much to think of at the start, at least I know I do.

There's nothing "only" about 18 pounds. Great job!

Exactly! Yay you on your progress so far, and your commitment to keep going! Like you, I know that I am going to be here for a long, long time. Instead of thinking about how I need to lose 150 pounds (gulp!) I think about how I am going to lose 15 pounds, 10 times.

Feel free to add me... we have a lot of similar goals and we are at about the same place in our journey.

    Congrats again!

18 is awesome! That is 72 sticks of butter gone off your body! I always try to think about it that way and it makes it seem like a lot!

I am about 6lbs from my first goal, which was supposed to be my Christmas present to myself!
My next goal is 25lb more hopefully by my birthday.

Great Job! Keep up the good work!
